Characteristics: Taste of plums and red berries that develops gradually in the mouth. Very pleasant and fresh with fruity notes. Hint of liquorice.

When all the conditions are right, there is very little left for the winemaker to do. In the case of this wine, the challenge was to identify the characteristics of the rows of vines, to imagine and await the result after ageing in large barrels. Robust and decisive, with a sweetish aftertaste that pleases the nose and surprises the palate.

Rubinrote Farbe. Ein komplexes Veilchenbouquet begleitet von feinen ätherischen Noten, reife rote Früchte, Pflaume, weicher würziger Abgang. 100% vegan. Traditionell in Kombination mit Fleischgerichten, aber auch mit Schafskäse und Gerichte, die mit "neuem" Olivenöl angemacht sind, also frisch aus der Ölmühle.
